In-person class in English & Spanish

Each practice begins with Paramhansa Yogananda's energization exercises, breathing techniques to center the mind, followed by 45 mins of invigorating (yet relaxing and gentle) yoga postures and ends with a short meditation.

The goal of each practice is to increase self-awareness, joy, and well-being.
