Join us for a special 90-minute Yoga for Gratitude practice.

Our practice begins with Paramhansa Yogananda's energization exercises, breathing techniques to center the mind, followed by 45 mins of heart-opening yoga postures, and a short meditation.

The goal of this practice is to open the heart and boost our attitude of gratitude!
